Even Steven is the de-stash for my first Etsy shop, LuLu's Woobies, which was opened up in October of 2006 when my youngest daughter, "Lu", was only 1 year old. I have always been happiest working with my hands, so I knit hats with ears and sewed security blankets, crib bedding, pillows, bibs, burp cloths and many custom orders (the best!). I also made some really wonderful friends and collaborated with amazing, talented artists with their own dreams and Etsy shops, too.

Mine was such a meaningful way for me to earn a living while being home with my girls for every milestone, school project, calamity, growth and life changes... and we made it to adult! Which is nuts. I still keep my hands busy, just less in the sewing room.

As my baby shop wound down, I have ended with some really beautiful fabric, yarn and notions. I'm ready to send them all off to become YOUR project and fantastic creation. In the process, I'm hoping to break even (Steven :-D) and move on to the next chapter in my story!
